Acme Health Services recognizes how important it is for our clients to maintain their independence and enjoy social one-on-one connections. Friendly, social visits in our client’s home and/or friendly conversations over the telephone are available to promote one-on-one social connectivity to our community members.
There are many other ways to ensure your loved one is safe at home. From lifeline alerts to home modifications, safe living is a priority for Acme Health Services clients.
Friendly Visiting
Friendly & social visits in the client's home. Volunteers also provide a safety check during the visit.
Telephone Reassurance
Scheduled check-in telephone calls with trained volunteers help make sure your loved one is safe.
Home Maintenance
Our contractors keep your home safe by performing plumbing and electrical work as needed.
Home Safety Assessment
Recommended safety modifications will help make your home safe for senior living.

Eligibility
Aged 65 or greater, or adults over 18 years of age with physical disabilities, residing in the Acme Health Services catchment area. Clients falling outside the above criteria may be reviewed and approved by our Director of Operations or designate, on a one-on-one basis.
